Alpha Sigma Tau offers a variety of leadership positions to help our members grow. The sorority opens the door for members to not only grow as leaders but to learn about themselves as well.  Members are given the opportunity to participate in LEAD retreat, Southeastern Leadership Conference, Alpha Sigma Tau National Convention, Alpha Sigma Tau Regional Leadership Workshops, and Alpha Sigma Tau Officer's Academy. We also encourage our members to take positions within the sorority which encourages growth and provides leadership training.

Our most recent leadership event was Alpha Sigma Tau's 38th National Convention. This event was held in Birmingham, AL  in June 2010.  Members of Alpha Sigma Tau from chapters all across the country gathered to learn more about the various ways to improve member development at their local chapters.  In January 2011, we look forward to attending the Alpha Sigma Tau Regional Leadership Workshop.
